Banderillas are skewers of pickled ingredients: chili pepper + gherkin + spring onion + olive + anchovy (optional). Spicy versions use extra strong chili peppers or pickled hot peppers.

Spiciness level: Variable. There are mild (4/10) and extra spicy (7/10).
Ingredients: Basque chili pepper + sweet and sour gherkin + spring onion + Manzanilla olive.
