 Composición: Guindilla vasca + pepinillo agridulce + cebolleta + aceituna manzanilla.

Guindillas en Vinagre (El Encurtido Adictivo)

Las guindillas picantes en vinagre son el encurtido español por excelencia. Pequeñas, verdes (o rojas si son maduras), en salmuera ácida. Cuando muerdes una, primero el ácido, después el picante. Adictivo.
